How do I search for songs or products?
The search engine to the left is what you need to use.
To find products:
1. If you know the model number of the product that you'd like, type the model number (DVL-V888) into the space provided and then click GO!
2. If you want to browse through the products that we carry, you can use the drop down menu. Highlight the category you'd like to view, and then click GO! Another page will show you the products.
To find Song Titles, Artists, Genre, or CD Title:
1. Fill out the name or word you are looking for. Check the category would like to search within. Click Go!
2. Your results will appear on the next page. Click on the highlights to see the disc of your choice.
How do I use LIVE HELP?
LIVE HELP is a live chat in the upper right hand corner. Once you click on it, a box will open and direct you to our live representative to help you with whatever you would like. Our representative can even take orders through our LIVE CHAT.
If no one is available at the moment, LIVE HELP will prompt you with a direct email link. Fill in your email and your comment or question. Someone will answer you as soon as possible.
Where can I find your shipping rates, my tracking information, and other inquiries?
